Heidi Butzine is the founder of ShopLocal.us and the Certified Locally Owned program.
She is a best-selling author. Her most recent book, Shop Local: A Practical Pain-Free Guide to Shopping with Purpose, is part of her personal mission to get more people to support local businesses and strengthen communities.
A successful business woman and best-selling author, Heidi founded the organization to help promote local business advocacy, raise consumer awareness and provides tools to help small businesses and entrepreneurs succeed – strengthening the communities where we work and live.
Heidi is a prominent member of the South Bay business community and serves on the Board of Directors and Economic Development Council for the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce. Heidi is the recipient of the Chamber’s 2014 Volunteer of the Year Award and a member of the Leadership Redondo Class of 2014.
Born and raised in the South Bay, Heidi lives in Redondo Beach.
